28-30th: The 20th Annual Government-to-Government Violence Against Women Tribal Consultation | Mystic Lake Casino Hotel | Prior Lake, MN

The Office on Violence Against Women is a grant-making agency in the U.S. Department of Justice. Under §903 of Title IX of the United States Department of Justice Reauthorization and Violence Against Women Act of 2005 (VAWA 2005), OVW is responsible for conducting annual government-to-government consultations with the leaders of all Federally recognized Indian tribal governments on behalf of the United States Attorney General.


The purpose of each consultation is to solicit recommendations from tribal government leaders on the following topics:

  • Administering tribal funds and programs;

  • Enhancing the safety of Indian women from domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, homicide, stalking, and sex trafficking;

  • Strengthening the federal response to such crimes; and,

  • Improving access to local, regional, state, and federal crime information databases and criminal justice information systems.

4-5th: Tech Against Trafficking Summit 2025 | Redmond, Washington, USA

Child labor is on the rise, the landscape of online-facilitated trafficking is evolving rapidly, and new regulations are creating heightened attention on forced labor in global supply chains. In this shifting context, access to accurate, real-time information and data, and the deployment of effective technology tools are more critical than ever before to prevent, disrupt and mitigate modern slavery.

The Tech Against Trafficking summit will gather business leaders, anti-slavery experts, policymakers, governments, academia, technologists, and individuals with lived experience to discuss how to harness the power of technology to address modern slavery in its different forms—including forced labor in supply chains, human trafficking, and forced criminality facilitated through online platforms.

6-7th: Wellspring Living: ACTIVATE Conference | Atlanta, Georgia

Wellspring Living is proud to host ACTIVATE Conference on November 6th & 7th, 2025, at Mount Paran North Church. This two-day event is designed to educate, equip, and empower advocates, professionals, and community members in the collective effort to combat human trafficking.

With a mission to transform the lives of those at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation, Wellspring Living is expanding its impact by convening diverse organizations, communities, and counties from across Georgia and the United States for a conference rooted in trauma-informed, survivor-centered advocacy.

Attendees will gain practical tools and strategic insight grounded in the 4 Ps of combatting trafficking (prevention, protection, prosecution, and partnership). These core pillars guide participants in identifying risk factors, applying trauma-informed care, strengthening legal and policy responses, and building cross-sector collaborations that lead to lasting change.
